About the role

We are looking for a Digital Product Assistant to work with editorial, design and production teams assisting with the scheduling, building and testing of ED-UK’s digital products and services across a variety of platforms.

Main accountabilities:

  • Carry out project work to assist with content builds, testing, QA, bug tracking and metadata.
  • Create, update and monitor product schedules for digital products.
  • Report and resolve issues with digital content and production builds.
  • Monitor tickets and answering queries or redirect, as appropriate.
  • Help with training and support activities for content tools and production processes.

About you

The successful candidate will have:

  • Junior level experience of working on digital projects.
  • Basic understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel or other project management tools.
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects with challenging deadlines.
  • Keen interest in and familiarity with digital products.

Salary
Salary in the region of £20,000 p/a depending on skills and experience.
