The Digital Services team supports users throughout the world in using a number of platforms to deliver online testing and digital practice material.
About the roleThe role of Digital Services Executive is to support administrators, teachers and students using our platforms and accessing online material.
Specific tasks include:
- Providing support, via email and telephone, to users across the world
- Assisting sales teams around the world by providing sales administration, supporting promotional activity and providing information on system functionality.
- Providing online training and demonstrations to users requiring additional support
- Assisting in the maintenance of support related content within the websites
- Reporting issues/bugs and liaising between customers and internal teams to ensure resolution
Please note, this is a Fixed Term appointment until April 2018.
About youTo be successful in the role you will need:
- Prior experience of working in a customer service environment
- Good working knowledge of web-based systems and understanding of the internet
- Excellent IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent Communication skills
It would be desirable if you had experience/knowledge of :
- Online products in a sales/service capacity
- The English Language Teaching sector
Salary- Salary in the region of £20,000 depending on skills and experience
